Project Overview

We developed an industrial-grade weighing system capable of delivering accurate and stable readings in environments with continuous low-frequency vibration, such as inside a moving cargo truck. This system represents a significant advancement in measurement technology for dynamic industrial environments.

The system combines a custom analog front-end for 4-wire load cells with high-resolution ADC technology and sophisticated digital signal processing on an STM32 MCU. Our proprietary algorithms effectively reject vibration-induced noise while maintaining rapid response to actual weight changes.

Validation was performed using a test setup that introduced controlled mechanical vibration via an unbalanced fan mounted on the platform. The resulting filtered signal enabled precise weight readings even under constant excitation, demonstrating high repeatability under real-world perturbations.
